As fans flock to Budapest for this year’s Champions League final, the 2026 final brand that we worked on with Budapest-based multimedia artist Márton Nemes is visible all over the city to greet them.
Each year, UEFA commission a unique brand identity which draws on the host city’s heritage and culture to create a distinctive look for the event. This year, we worked with Nemes to create a design that celebrates the city’s vibrancy and energy, with the colour palette inspired by the city’s glowing neon signs and vivid nighttime lights of its ruin bars.
The brand also features iconic Budapest landmarks of Nemes’ choosing, including the Danube, the Széchenyi Chain Bridge and the Hungarian Parliament Building.
